RETURNS

If you wish to return a delivered product, you can request a refund by contacting our Customer Service Team.
If 10 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with no damage and all seals and foliage in place.
Only products purchased directly from our website can be returned to GLOSSIC. If the product has been bought in a retail store, then their terms apply, and contact must be made with the store directly.
Products bought through promotional offers are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

After receiving and reviewing your request, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and to let you know whether your request for a refund was granted.
If your request is approved, we will send information and instructions on the return procedure. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping expenses when returning the product to us. Products should be sent by recommended letter or trackable package as we do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping.
Should you wish for us to arrange pick-up and return shipping, then Shipping charges based on our current shipping providers’ charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days after we have received the product in its original and undamaged condition.

REFUNDS

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Notice of exchange and supporting documentation must be given immediately to the delivery company who should provide documentation of the damage to qualify for exchange.
